PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60610 (NEAR NORTH SIDE) 

This easygoing couple is seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: deep clean and maintain the 2,000 sq ft home, change linens, organizational projects, seasonal closet rotation, meal prep (not full cooking--just making sure ingredients are ready to go,) see what household/food supplies are running low and order/restock, run errands, drop-off and pick-up dry-cleaning, make sure humidifiers are on, manage/oversee maintenance services, and dog car (walking and feeding--dog gets Quinoa rice--make sure it is not old in the fridge). MUST DRESS APPROPRAITELY (no skin tight clothes or midriff). Both work from home a couple days a week. The ideal candidate will be loyal, self-confident, and take initiative.

Work days and hours:

Option 1: 3 days a week (can be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) for 6 hours per day. Family is completely flexible on start/end times.

Option 2: 2 days a week (can be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) for 9 hours per day.  Family is completely flexible on start/end times.

NOTE: For running errands Housekeeper-Household Manager can use own car and will be reimbursed for mileage. If Housekeeper-Household Manager does not have a car family will pay for Ubers to run errands. If Housekeeper-Household Manager takes own car to/from work they have a parking space available.

Salary: TAKE HOME (to be discussed with Placement Counselor)

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER needed in EVANSTON, IL 60202

This busy family of 3 is seeking an experienced, proactive and kind Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 4,600 square foot home (if the person is working part-time--clean the home every other week--if full-time--clean the home every week), tidy up/put things back where they belong, dishes, make beds, change bed linens, organizational projects, seasonal projects (take down holiday decor/put away, etc.) , family laundry, managing packages (unboxing items, putting them away, take boxes to trash, etc.), run errands, grocery shopping/put away, managing and restocking household items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.), vehicle maintenance--get car filled up with gas, for an oil change, etc. as needed, and feed and take dog for a walk (15 mins). The ideal candidate will be dedicated, positive and able to work independently/take charge of what needs to be done in the home.  Meal prep would be a big + if candidate is doing the full time schedule; but not a must. Mom and dad work from home a few days per week. 

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (20 hours/week-preferred schedule):  Monday-Friday: 4 hours each day. Flexible on start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am

Option 2 (20 hours/week): 4 days per week. Flexible on the 4 weekdays. Flexible on start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am

Option 3 (30-35 hours/week): 5 days per week. Flexible on the start/end times. Earliest start time: 8am  (Given this is more hours, candidate would be expected to do weekly cleaning and more household management tasks). 
 

*NOTE: Strong plus for candidate to use their own car for errands and will be reimbursed. 

Salary: $30-$35 per hour TAKE HOME

PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPER needed in CHICAGO, IL 60610 (GOLD COAST)

This friendly couple is seeking an experienced, mature and trustworthy Housekeeper to stay with them for many years. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the large home (mainly used rooms on a regular basis and less used rooms on a schedule)--this will include dusting, vacuuming, mops, etc., laundry, dishes, polish silverware on occasion, accept deliveries on occasion, make beds, change linens and periodic ironing would be a plus but not a must. The ideal candidate will be reliable, thorough and consistent. There are 3 flights of stairs, so Housekeeper should be comfortable going up/down flights of stairs. 

Work days and hours:
Option 1 (12-14 hours/week): 2 days per week. 6-7 hours per day. 9am as the earliest start time. Flexible on the 2 days between Tue-Fri. 

Option 2 (18-21 hours/week): 3 days per week. 6-7 hours per day. 9am is the earliest stat time. Tue/Wed/Thur, Tue/Thur/Fri, Wed/Thur/Fri

*NOTE: Extra hours can be provided on occasion for dog sitting if Housekeeper is interested--but not a must!

FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER-HOUSEHOLD MANAGER (DOMESTIC STAFF) needed in CHICAGO, IL 60614 (LINCOLN PARK)

This busy family is seeking an experienced, organized and proactive Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with them long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 4,000 square foot home, pick up items and return to the proper place/keep organizational systems in place, organizational projects, make beds, change linens, water plants, maintain and clean the refrigerator and stock, keep an ongoing grocery list and order groceries, light meal prep--simple things to grab and go, laundry, rotate seasonal clothing, dry cleaning, occasional ironing,  manage cleaning projects on a schedule (ex: clean oven, windows, polish silver, etc.), let in and oversee repair professionals as needed, occasionally take vehicles for car wash or gas, coordinate charitable donations, get mail when they are out of town and drop off Amazon returns. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, takes feedback well and is proactively able to manage their duties without supervision or reminders. Dad works from home. Right now, there are 3 adults in the home. Over the summer/breaks, 1-2 other college aged adults will be in/out of the home. 

Work days and hours: 

Option 1 (Preferred Schedule)-32 hours/week: Monday: 8am-4pm, Tuesday: 8am-4pm, Thursday: 8am-4pm, Friday: 8am-4pm

Option 2 (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 8am-4pm

NOTE:  Driving is not a must, but a plus!

This busy family of 2 is seeking a proactive, independent and reliable Housekeeper-Cook to stay with them long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 1,400 square foot condo (dust, vacuum, mop, bathrooms, clean all rooms, etc.), pick up//put things back where they belong, dishes, clean refrigerator as needed, make beds, change bed linens, organizational projects, grocery shopping, laundry, run errands, pet care--feed and walk as needed, dust vents in main areas as needed, errands ass needed, let people in (maintenance, etc.) as needed, and cooking (for 1 adult and 1 child--age 3)--dinners--simple and healthy--she can provide recipes if needed but some examples of meals they like to eat are: grilled chicken and veggies, soups and stews, pasta and rice dishes, etc. Cooking and meal prep is about 40% of the job.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-sufficient and enjoys cooking. She works from home on Mondays. 

Work days and hours:

(15-20 hours/week): 3 days per week: Mon/Wed/Thur, Mon/Tue/Wed OR Mon/Tue/Thur. Flexible on how the hours are spread over the 3 days. End time must be done by 4pm.

This busy family is seeking a proactive, trustworthy and experienced Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term.  **There is another Housekeeper in the home that will handle some of the cleaning as well.  Duties may vary week to week but can include: Cleaning of the large home (main living areas regularly--kitchen, entry way, bedrooms and bathrooms and less used rooms on a schedule), laundry, ironing as needed, dishes, restocking of household products, orders for groceries/items (ex: Costco, amazon, etc.), organizational projects, helping with putting up and taking down holiday decorations, tiding up common areas ( including the 3 children's bedrooms, make their beds, put things away, etc. and play spaces), coordination with household providers (ex: pool, lawn, electrician, plumbing, etc.), water plants, seasonal tasks (ensure patio, pool areas are neat/tidy/picked up) and polish silverware as needed, The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be comfortable working in a large household with children and animals. This person should be an excellent communicator, dedicated and discrete. Parents work from home on occasion. 

NOTE: Candidate must be an experienced driver and use own car for errands--will be reimbursed for mileage.

Option 1 (24 hours/week): 3 days a week. 8 hours each day. Flexible on the days and start/end times. 

Option 2 (20-25 hours/week): 5 days a week. 4 or 5 hours each day. Flexible on the start/end times.

Seeking an experienced, efficient and reliable Housekeeper. The job would be for 2 families. Duties include:: Deep cleaning of both homes, dishes, change bed linens, make beds and laundry (only for 1 household). The ideal candidate will know how to keep a cleaning schedule on their own, be very independent and punctual. 

This is a long-term position for 2 days/week

Work days and hours:

1 day at House  #1: 6 hours. Flexible on the day of the week as long as it's a weekday. Start/end time between 8am-3pm.

1 day at House #2: 4 hours. Flexible on the day of the week as long as it's a weekday. Prefers 8am-12pm.
