This loving family has 1 child: 4-month-old baby boy and is seeking a friendly, helpful and reliable Nanny-Mother's Helper to stay with them long-term. Mom stays home and is looking for someone to help her--some days it will be more household duties, sometimes more childcare, sometimes a mix--candidate should be flexible and helpful!
Duties include: newborn care (diapers, feeding, naptime), bathe child as needed, get child ready for the day, prepare bottles, wash/sterilize bottles, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities, give child solids when old enough, family laundry, dishes, tidy up common areas/light housekeeping tasks, take out the trash, run errands as needed, meal prep and help making dinner as needed, grocery shopping, store exchanges/returns, organizational projects, wait for repairs/maintenance services, etc. Nanny must have newborn/infant experience. The ideal candidate will be sociable, easy to get along with and proactive.
This is a long-term position for 5 days and 33 hours a week.
Work days and hours:
Option 1: 3 days/week (Flexible on the days and start/end times. Hours can be between 25-35 hours/week)
Option 2: 4 days/week (Flexible on the days and start/end times. Hours can be between 25-35 hours/week)

Flexibility is key here! Duties will include: light housekeeping--wiping down counters, load/unload dishwasher, picking up clutter, vacuuming/mopping kitchen/play areas, etc., laundry, meal prep, organizational projects, returns/exchanges, letting dog out, walking dog, occasional errands, play and engage in developmentally appropriate activities with 2 year old, take 2 year old to parks, playgrounds, etc., and help with newborn as needed when baby arrives,. The ideal candidate will be maternal, loving, good with the household tasks and easy to get along with.
This is a long-term position for 3 days and 24 hours a week.
Work days and hours:
Option 1 (24 hours/week--Preferred Schedule): Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am-5pm
Option 2 (24 hours/week): 3 days per week. Flexible on the 3 days as long as they are weekdays. 9am-5pm

The 11-year-old boy is Dyslexic (he is behind in reading and writing) and has anxiety (he attends school for learning disorders and is in speech therapy). The 7-year-old girl has ADHD and anxiety and is therapy and occupational therapy. She also is transgender—Nanny-Household Manager MUST fully support her journey. Both children are very sweet! Duties include: pack lunches, school carpool for oldest child, (not every day--split between other families), make sure youngest child gets out the door for school, make a grocery list, run errands (grocery shopping, drop off and pick up dry cleaning, pick up prescriptions, etc.), light housekeeping (tidy up home and wipe down kitchen counter), children's laundry, take children to activities and therapies, and start children's dinner. Mom works from home occasionally and dad works from home when he is not traveling. The ideal candidate will be responsible, joyful, and patient.

**This is a split schedule**
Monday-Friday: 7:15am-10am and then 3pm-6pm
NOTE: Available to occasionally work later—this is a plus not a must!
NOTE: Nanny-Household Manager must be an experienced driver. You will need to use your own car to drive children and run errands. For the carpool—it is for the oldest child. The oldest child has Autism (he is non-verbal-he does not speak or understand language yet-he is a sweet child who will just need a lot of attention to ensure he does not break anything or harm himself) and the 2nd child is not speaking yet (he is in speech therapy). Duties include: accompany mom with children to the pool, children museum, zoo, parks/playgrounds, activities, country club, etc., go out to eat with the family or attend special events, care for children while mom gets things done around the home or run errands (2-3 hours each day), play WITH the children (not just observing), put down for naps, baby care (feeding, diaper, and naptime), and help with laundry. Must be comfortable working alongside mom most of the time. Dad works in and out of the home. Nanny-Mother’s Helper must be active enough to keep up with the children and be able to go up/down the stairs and lift children into the car. The ideal candidate will be energetic/active, reliable, and take initiative.
This is a long-term part-time position for 3 days and 28.5 hours per week

This is a long-term position for 4 days and 25-30 hours a week.
