This active family of 4 is seeking a happy, trustworthy, and proactive Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with their family long-term. Duties include: deep clean and maintain the 4,090 square foot home, laundry (wash, fold, and put away), tidy/pick up the children’s toys, change bedsheets, run errands (returns, take car for a wash, drop-off/pick-up dry cleaning, etc.), during the warm months tidy up rooftop patio (also clean glass and wipe down counters), keep items stocked (either order or make a list of what is running low), plant care (indoor and outdoor—water), keep front and back porches cleaned off, in summer help organize and keep garage tidy, organizational projects, help decorate for holidays (put-up/takedown indoor and outdoor decorations), help setup for parities (example: set tables), and occasionally feed and walk the dog (this will be rare). MUST LOVE DOGS AND CHILDREN! Both parents work from home and children/other household staff will be in the home. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AROUND THE FAMILY. The ideal candidate will be positive, upbeat, and need minimal direction.
This is a part-time position for 2-3 days and 16 hours per week
Work days and hours
Option 1 (preferred: 3 days a week): Flexible on the days (can be weekdays or weekends) but if candidate chooses Monday, Wednesday, or Friday as a work day will need to be done by 2pm. Other days/hours cannot start earlier than 8am and cannot end later than 5pm
Option 2 (2 days a week): Tuesday and Thursday (cannot start earlier than 8am and cannot end later than 5pm)
NOTE: Housekeeper-Household Manager must be an experienced driver. You will need to use your own car and will be reimbursed for mileage. There is free street parking available.
NOTE: Working an occasional weekend is a plus but not a must!
Salary: $30 per hour

Family lives in a townhome so candidate must be able to go up/down a lot of stairs. Family has a cat so MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH CATS! Care for cat will be filling water/food dish (indoor cat). On days the daycare is closed only child care will be needed and minimal household management tasks. Mom works from home 5 days a week and dad 3-4 days. The ideal candidate should be very talkative with baby during the day and very engaging and coming up with several activities to do with him throughout the day. Mom is around 90% of the time, so Nanny must be comfortable with this. Healthy eating is very important to the family so Nanny must be comfortable preparing a variety of healthy meals/snacks to child throughout the day. Nanny must be up to date on vaccinations (Including RSV and Flu and at least tested negative for COVID in the last month).
This will start ASAP and go for 1 month. Opportunity for the job to turn into long-term if it's working out for both sides.
Work days and hours:
32-45 hours/week.
Typically M-F: 3 earlier days and 2 later days (ex: 6:30am-3:30pm and 11:30am-6:30pm). With flexibility to help out with occasional evenings and/or weekends. Mom will let the Nanny know the exact schedule the week prior.

Work days and hours:
